1. Website Packages

• Refunds will not be provided once a website has been built, or significant progress has been made on the project.
• Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if no work has commenced on the project.

2. Digital Resources

• Due to the nature of digital downloads and resources, all purchases are final, and refunds are not available unless the resource is defective or inaccessible.

3. Refund Process

• To request a refund, clients must contact us at hello@pipesite.co.uk within the specified timeframe.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

4. Exceptions

• No refunds will be issued if the client fails to submit the necessary information for the website build within the agreed deadlines (as outlined in our Terms & Conditions).
• If a project is delayed due to client inaction, refunds are not applicable.
